Public reporting

QR’s Access Undertaking commits QR Network Access to regular performance and financial reporting.

QR Network Access is required to disclose to the public the following audited reports:

Quarterly performance reports, within 30 days of the end of each quarter,
Annual performance reports, by 31 October each year, and
Financial statements for QR Network Access, by 31 December each year.

In addition, QR Network Access prepares special purpose reports for the Queensland Competition Authority in accordance with the Access Undertaking. These reports are not disclosed to the public.
