Operational parameters outlined in this pack may be varied by mutual agreement with Network Access.  It is recommended that Access Seekers initially view network system information - 13 systems, to determine which system is applicable to their Access Application (predominant traffic is indicated: P-Passenger, C-Coal and F-Freight).
