Network Access uses the world’s latest systems for train control, train planning and scheduling:
- We are rolling out a major five-year information systems program to provide more accurate scheduling and pathing, better maintenance planning, enhanced capacity management and improved reporting and customer information.
- We are working closely with the Rail Cooperative Research Centre on several key research projects with the potential to improve rail operations, especially train scheduling.

We also place a high priority on developing the abilities of our employees. Our dedication to our workers is evidenced by the personal and occupational development offered through our extensive training and development courses. This ensures that our workforce is skilled appropriately in the use of all the latest technologies.
We are continually working with customers and stakeholders to improve the operational effectiveness of the overall supply chain.
